Originates, structures and executes bespoke funding for complex, capital-intensive transactions — project finance, acquisition finance, reserve-based lending, commodity-backed finance and other specialised arrangements tailored to long-term corporate needs.

Arranges and coordinates syndicated and club financing in collaboration with domestic and international financial institutions — structuring multi-lender arrangements that enable the successful execution of large-scale transactions.

Asset Distribution

Supply chain finance helps buyers and suppliers optimize working capital and improve cash flow.
Form NXP is the mandatory export declaration form required for all exports from Nigeria. It enables the monitoring of export transactions and the repatriation of export proceeds in line with CBN regulations.
The form is completed electronically on the Trade Monitoring System (TRMS). Customers are required to maintain an export proceeds domiciliary account and submit the relevant export documentation to the bank for processing.
The required documents include:
  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Valid NEPC Certificate
  • Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  • Export Proceeds Domiciliary Account
  • Pro-forma Invoice
  • Completed Form NXP on the Trade Monitoring System (TRMS)
Customers are generally required to provide:
  • Registered Form M
  • Letter of Credit Application Form or collection instructions (as applicable)
  • Customer's instruction to purchase foreign currency
  • Relevant shipping documents — Bill of Lading / Air Waybill, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, PAAR, Single Goods Declaration (SGD), Assessment Notice, Exit Note, and other applicable trade documents
Form M is a mandatory document required for the importation of goods into Nigeria. It is completed before importation and is used to monitor imports, facilitate foreign exchange transactions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
The key requirements include:
  • Pro-forma Invoice
  • Insurance Certificate
  • Relevant regulatory permits (e.g. NAFDAC, SONCAP, DPR, NESREA, where applicable)
Form M is valid for:
  • 360 days for general merchandise
  • 720 days for plant and machinery
Extensions may be granted by the processing bank, while further extensions require approval from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
