Structured Training and Development
Successful candidates will embark on a Structured Training Programme designed to blend classroom learning, on-the-job experience and professional integration. The journey begins with an intensive classroom immersion, followed by hands-on training across key business functions. Upon completion, trainees are seamlessly integrated and onboarded as Executive Trainees, ready to thrive in the dynamic world of banking.

Assessment
Shortlisted candidates will pass through our GTP Assessments which range from Cognitive, Aptitude, Behavioural and Personality Tests.

Panel Interview
Candidates who are successful from the PGTP Assessment will be scheduled to meet with a Panel to evaluate their core skills, strengths and fit.

Training School
Successful Candidates from the Panel interview will be enrolled into a 3 month Training School where they will be trained on a holistic banking school curriculum.

Onboarding and Orientation
Successful candidates from the Training school will then be welcomed into the Providus family with a tailored induction programme — helping you settle quickly into your role, understand our culture, and connect with key teams across the Bank.
