Eligibility is extended to clients with investible assets that fall within the following tiers:
- Next Gen Clients: ₦20 million – ₦100 million
- Signature Clients: ₦100 million – ₦499 million
- Private Reserve Clients: ₦500 million and above

Clients cover the direct product and service costs associated with their requests. However, you will benefit from highly competitive, exclusive pricing rates negotiated globally by our specialised Lifestyle team with premium vendors.
Fulfilment speeds adhere strictly to our established Service Level Agreements (SLAs):
- Standard requests: fulfilled within 24 hours in line with SLA
- Urgent requests: processed within 3 to 6 hours in line with SLA
- Premium / complex requests: timeline estimates are highly customised, depending on the unique nature of the requested service and global partner availability
