Chukwuma Nwachukwu

Group Head, Treasury

Chukwuma Nwachukwu has a Bachelor of Agric Technology degree in Agricultural Economics from Federal University of Technology, Owerri, graduating with a First Class. He also holds a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics from the same university.

He has over two decades post-graduation experience, which started with the position of Assistant Lecturer teaching Microeconomics. He later moved into banking in 1997 as a Forex Dealer and has held various roles in Treasury and branch management working at various ﬁnancial institutions in Nigeria.

Chukwuma is the Group Head, Treasury and joined ProvidusBank from United Mortgage Limited where he was Head, Treasury managing the Bank’s funds portfolio. His interest is in reading, soccer and music appreciation.
