What you need to get started
Individual current or savings account with ProvidusUnity Bank, plus an active Domiciliary account for the foreign-currency side of the card.
Valid government-issued ID — International passport, driver's licence, National ID, or voter's card.
Completed card request form — available at any ProvidusUnity Bank branch or via the online customer portal.
