What you need to get started
Travel Cards are issued at any ProvidusUnity Bank branch. Request yours ahead of the trip so the card is funded and active before you travel.
Valid government-issued ID — National ID, International passport, driver's licence, or voter's card for each cardholder.
Completed card request form — available at any ProvidusUnity Bank branch or through the online customer portal.
Initial funding — the amount you want loaded onto the card at issuance. The card can be reloaded at any time afterwards.
