The first cohort was designed to help struggling businesses pivot, find their footing, and build resilience for the uncertain future. This foundational year established the program's core mission: to provide tools, skills, and strategic support, free of charge, to help businesses prosper.

The third edition of the program saw a strategic shift to widen its reach. While maintaining high standards, the eligibility criteria were adjusted to lower the annual turnover requirement. This change allowed a broader range of high-potential SMEs to benefit from the program's intensive training and mentorship. The application deadline for this cohort was June 30, 2023.

Celebrating the program's fifth anniversary, the 2025 cohort was its most expansive yet. The program extended its physical reach beyond Lagos for the first time, launching simultaneously in Lagos and Abuja.
